Peter
With over 35 years of experience in the local commercial property industry, Peter has extensive experience across all areas of commercial property. Peter began his career as a trainee at Oxborrows/Prudential in Ipswich shortly before joining EWS Chartered Surveyors, where he worked his way up to become partner.
In 2001, Peter set up Elsom Spettigue Associates, and over the years, he has built lasting relationships with a number of clients.
Abi
Abi has over 18 years of experience in commercial property, managing multiple client portfolios and ensuring various day-to-day business operations. Since achieving her AAT Advanced Bookkeeping Level 3 qualification in 2018, she has continued to strengthen the financial and operational side of the business.
Also, as the backbone of the management team, Abi plays a pivotal role in both client relations and the smooth running of ESA’s management services.
Oakley
Oakley graduated from the University of Exeter in 2018 and initially embarked on his professional career as a Civil Engineer. In this role, he gained valuable experience in designing both residential and commercial infrastructure. Now specialising in commercial property, Oakley combines his technical expertise with strong collaborative skills, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and local authorities. He focuses on all areas of commercial property work while pursuing an MSc in Real Estate with the University College of Estate Management and working toward RICS Chartership.
Jane
Jane joined Elsom Spettigue Associates in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience as a medical secretary within the NHS. Her career began in Swansea, where she trained in business and finance and worked as a shorthand typist. After moving to Essex, Jane held administrative roles with British Telecom and Essex Police, developing strong organisational and communication skills. At Elsom Spettigue Associates, Jane plays a key role in supporting the team with her meticulous attention to detail and wealth of administrative experience.
