We were delighted to play a pivotal role in the letting of a 17,500 sq ft office building to Mediterranean Shipping Company (UK). This marks the fourth building occupied by MSC at Ransomes Europark, further solidifying their huge presence in the region. MSC is the UK’s largest container shipping line and one of the largest employers in Suffolk, with over 850 employees at this site alone.

Our involvement covered every aspect of the transaction, from strategic marketing to lengthy negotiations with MSC. The building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, achieving an impressive Energy Performance rating of A. The enhancements included the installation of solar panels and state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring a modern, sustainable workspace for MSC’s expanding operations.
